2. When you click the Install App button in the HubSpot Marketplace, you’ll be redirected to our HubSpot landing page on the Intelo website. This page provides a detailed overview of the features and capabilities of our AI Agents in HubSpot.

You’ll find an Install button conveniently located in the top hero section and at the bottom of the page, allowing you to proceed with the installation easily.

3. On clicking the Install App button in the Website, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can select the HubSpot instance to connect with Intelo.

From the list of available accounts, choose the ideal account where you want Intelo’s Customer Success Agents to be deployed, and click Choose Account to proceed.

This ensures Intelo is connected to the right account for seamless integration and effective deployment of its capabilities.

4. Once you select the HubSpot instance you wish to connect with the Intelo App, you'll need to grant the necessary permissions for Intelo to access your HubSpot data.

Intelo operates seamlessly within your HubSpot CRM, using it as the source of truth while ensuring your data remains under your control.

Unlike traditional integrations that simply extract data from your CRM, Intelo leverages multiple HubSpot APIs to deliver advanced functionality and insights tailored to your needs.

5. Once the permissions are granted, Intelo will be seamlessly installed into your HubSpot account.

To get started, navigate to any of your companies, add a new tab for Intelo AI Agents as shown in the video below, and select the AI Agent App Cards that best fit your requirements.

You can also integrate the Intelo App Cards into any of your default views. While the video demonstrates adding them to a separate new tab, you can follow the same process to add them to any existing tab as well.

6. That’s it! You’re all set to leverage Intelo’s Customer Success AI Agents to drive real impact.

Uninstalling Intelo
If you need to uninstall the Intelo app, you can do so directly within your HubSpot integrations settings page.

Here’s how:
- Open HubSpot and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps.
- Locate the Intelo app and select the option to uninstall.

Uninstalling Intelo will not affect your HubSpot data in any way. If you wish to reinstall the app, simply reconnect it through the HubSpot Marketplace or refer to the setup guide above.
